The state of Alabama has opened back up. Crestview Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home is excited about getting back to serving your family with many of the restrictions being lifted. As we continue to serve our community and families with excellence, it is still our obligation and duty to follow the information or recommendations being issued by the Center of Disease Control, Alabama Department of Public Health, Jefferson County Health Department, National Funeral Directors Association and Alabama Board of Funeral Services. In following these recommendations, we will be adjusting back to our normal flow of business and offering of services to you, your family and the public . Therefore, to do our part in helping stop the spread of COVID-19 we recommend wearing a face covering when you come to our facilities or funeral services held at other public places. Although face coverings are not mandatory in all of Jefferson County please be advised that the City of Birmingham has made it an ordinance, it is required that everyone in public places within the city limits of Birmingham wear face coverings. We will also be requiring that everyone attending services that we direct practice social distancing and use the physical 6 foot apart spacing rule. This will allow Crestview Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home to not only keep our staff safe, but more importantly, to keep you safe and in good health. Please understand that these precautions are out of an abundance of caution for ALL of us together. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult and uncertain times that we all face.
